- Signing of a cooperation agreement with Plan International to provide food and non-food Aid to IDPs from El Fasher, to Melit Locality
- Restoring Family Links (RFL) program Intervention:
The influx of IDPs from North Darfur State El-Fasher continues at the El-Afad camp in the Al-Daba locality. Therefore, a high need for the RFL services continuously to be provided.
The Services provided so far:
1. Charging of 100 phones per day to their maximum capacity.
2. Filling out 20 Tracing Request forms
3. Internet connection service for 320 displaced persons.
4. Free phone calls for 125 IDPs in the state of North Darfur.
The RFL program services are still ongoing providing it services to IDPs
- . Dignity Kits distributed to the IDPs in El-Afad Camp Al-Daba Locality donated by SRCS River Nile Branch
- Visit by a delegation from the International Committee of the Red Cross to the El-Afad camp for displaced persons
- A delegation from the International Committee of the Red Cross visited White Nile State to coordinate with the SRCS branch to support displaced persons and continue supporting Kosti Hospital.
